Manama, Dec. 14 (BNA): President of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) and Head of the Cassation Court Chancellor Salim bin Mohammed Al-Kuwari participated in the signing ceremony of the statute of the Arab Union of Administrative Courts, which is presided by Egypt.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi attended the signing ceremony.
SJC said that the Arab Union’s 12 member states aim to unify visions and exchange experiences in the administrative judiciary’s field.
Al-Kuwari said that the Arab Union of Administrative Courts will achieve greater convergence in the judicial field, strengthen the joint coordination and take advantage of the Arab’s experiences in the judicial and legal fields.
He added that following-up with the judicial cooperation among the Arab countries will upgrade the judicial system and overcome obstacles facing the judicial work, in order to drive development and affirm that the true value of law.
